Do you offer Gluten Free Options?
Yes, and No. While we do have two cookies that are technically free of Gluten (Kokosmakronen (Coconut Macaroons, and the Signature Macaron Snowman) they are produced in a facility that may cause cross contamination. We have a GF sister (Natalie!) so we are as careful as possible, but we can not guarantee an Gluten Free experience.
Do you have a retail space?
We prepare and bake all cookies in a commercial kitchen, but we do not have a retail space. All orders are placed online (or with a sister directly), and will be picked up or delivered as detailed in the checkout process.
Do you offer Corporate Orders?
Yes, We love corporate orders- so much that we offer a discount and include custom branding/artwork. Most corporate orders are being produced the week of December 14th, If you have a corporate order we ask that you contact us soon so that we can be sure to accommodate your request.
When will I get my Cookies?
When you place your cookie box order, you’ll be able to choose the pickup location and time that works best for you—or opt for convenient home delivery. To ensure every box is as fresh and delicious as possible, we bake as close to the delivery or pickup date as we can.
If you need your box earlier, we may be able to accommodate! We’ll be producing corporate orders throughout December, so timing may align. Just reach out to HelloLynnSisters@gmail.com with your request, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I get my Cookies Early?
The answer to this question is simply- maybe. It depends on several factors, but when we can produce early requests we are happy to be a part of an early celebration. Please reach out directly to schedule an early pickup or drop-off.
Can I customize my box?
This year all boxes are a mix of each type of cookie. We are taking this request into consideration for a future pop up
Which Cookie is your favorite?
That is an impossible question- but hands down the chocolate chunk shortbread is the most popular amung our taste testers.
Do you Ship?
This year we are offering local pickup and delivery in Northeastern Pennsylvania. We will be testing nationwide shipping for future cookie boxes, but for this year we are unable to provide shipping.
